DISS COURT Automation — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Introduction

DISS COURT Automation is an internal content management and automation application operated by DISIP.

This policy explains how the application accesses, uses, stores, and protects information obtained through authorized Google Account integrations.

2. Information We Access

Depending on the services authorized and enabled, the application may access:

  • Google Drive: File names, file identifiers, metadata, folder information, and the contents of video or media files required for authorized processing.

  • Google Sheets: Spreadsheet content and metadata required for reporting, content tracking, and workflow management.

  • YouTube: Authorized channel information, uploaded video details, publishing metadata, comments, and available performance analytics when these integrations are enabled.

  • Authentication information: OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain authorized connections.

The application requests access only to the Google services and permissions necessary for its configured functions.

3. How Information Is Used

Authorized Google user data is used to:

  • Identify and organize uploaded media.

  • Manage video-production workflows.

  • Maintain content records and operational reports.

  • Support authorized publishing activities.

  • Collect available performance information.

  • Identify and troubleshoot workflow errors.

The application does not use Google user data for advertising targeting or sale to data brokers.

4. Data Storage and Security

The application uses a self-hosted n8n environment on a cloud virtual private server.

OAuth credentials are maintained within the application's credential-management environment.

Where additional processing components are enabled, necessary files and metadata may be stored temporarily or persistently to support authorized workflows.

Access is restricted to authorized application operators. Technical safeguards, including access controls and secure connections, are used to protect information.

5. Third-Party Services

The application uses Google APIs and cloud-hosting infrastructure to perform its functions.

Additional video-processing or AI services may be introduced as the application develops. Before such services receive Google user data, this policy will be updated to describe the relevant providers, purposes, and data-handling practices.

Google user data will not be shared with third parties for unrelated marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Information is retained only as needed for authorized operational purposes, troubleshooting, and applicable legal obligations.

Temporary media files may be deleted after processing. Operational records may be retained for reporting and audit purposes.

Authorized users may request deletion of application-held information by contacting the operator.

Some information may remain temporarily in protected backups according to applicable backup-retention procedures.

7. User Control and Authorization

Users authorize access through Google's OAuth process and can revoke access through their Google Account security settings.

Revoking access prevents the application from obtaining further Google user data through that authorization. Users may also request deletion of information already held by the application.

8. Google API Services User Data

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements applicable to the scopes requested.

Google user data is processed only to provide authorized application functionality.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as additional integrations, automation capabilities, or data-processing services are introduced.

Material changes to data handling will be reflected in an updated version of this policy.
